I installed TES IV : O around 6 hours ago, and I got to the part where the Vincent guy from the Dark Brotherhood offers to bite your neck to become a Vampire, and I accepted. I went to sleep, and he bit my neck, and I waited 3 days, and then went to bed, but I didn't turn into a Vampire. Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

Are you sure you aren't already a vampire? Once you're bitten, that's basically it.

My eyes aren't red, and I don't seem to have any effects after a day, and I can't feed off of sleeping people.

Not sure, I found the cure after I turned into a vampire, not being able to travel in daylight is a pain in the ass.

You can travel in the Daylight. You have to be Stage 1 of the Vampire Disease, meaning that you have to feed on someone every day or you will go to Stage 2 of the Vampire Disease making you look older and more undead.

Being a vampire on your first play through of that game is fucking rough.
I would strongly suggest you avoid that quest line, but what the hell... you like the self torture.
Also, you will want to use this website:

I just used the cheat on the page GP gave me, and I turned into a Vampire. I'm pretty happy now.

I played as a mage through the main quest.
Then I played as a warrior through the warriors guild.
Then I played as a stealth assassin.
Finally I played as a stealth thief.

I was a vampire on my first play through; it's not too bad if you're a high enough level (I was around 26 or so).
Since the majority of my Oblivion time is spent going through random caves in dungeons performing sneak attacks on people and looting treasure, being a vampire actually worked to my benefit (Night-eye and Detect Life are a godsend).

I'm usually a Witchhunter Woodelf when I play. It just makes it easier, because I don't really like getting up close to an enemy and trying to figure out his attack pattern, I'd rather just cast Flare and start shootin some arrows at the son of a bitch. : /

Wood Elfs are little turds. I like to smash them with my warhammer if I have one, or just light them on fire.

I'm trying to RP Drizzt Do Urden with a Dunmer, Gp was right I'm having a hell of a time leveling with a custom class. He looks almost perfect except that there are no god damn cloaks or capes ANYWHERE!

Yea it sucks there aren't capes. You'd also need a mod for purple eyes and dual-weapon weilding to make Drizzt.

I remember him being some sort of uber archer, so I gave him a bow and the Elven Dagger and the Fine Steel Cutlass.

I've read several of the books and it seemed he was strictly melee. Are you sure you're not thinking of Catti-Brie with her lightning bow Taurmaril and her cursed sword?

Actually Drizzt was a pretty good archer, but it wasn't his best method of attack. He did his real damage with his dual scimitars.
He also had the ability to engulf himself or his enemies in "globes" of darkness, making himself invisible or the enemies blind. There are some mysticism and illusion spells in Oblivion that can accomplish similar effects.
Drizzt also had his magical Jaguar Guenhyvwar (I'm sure I didn't spell that right). I wonder if there's a mod that would let you control a mountain lion and turn it black?

That's an interesting idea but I'm on the 360 so no mods for me.
I've got alot of invisibility and chameleon spells, combing them with sneak attack poisoned arrow shots is the only way I can survive multiple trolls / Ogres. I leveled him up wrong and so even though I'm level 12 I have absolute dick for hit points.

If you have access to the Arcane University, you can enchant some clothing for extra protection, and create some fortify health spells.

Working on that actually, trying to work my way up through the mages guild because I wasted all my money on spells I'm not good enough to cast.
