I've done it before, but it's stinky and a pain in the ass to clean up after the magic wears off.

My fraternity brother has a 563 liquor bottle collection that takes up about 500 ft. of wall space.
Challenge me with your all mighty beer can pyramid. Dont get trashed just to build it, do it gradually and make sure it is in a place where you know no one will get pissed if its there. I had a star trek collection all put up in my basement once, but my mom didnt like it and took it all down.
Do it to it, real man of genius.

Everybody knows that pyramids are a sign of high cultural and scientific achievement. This one is no exception. Do it.

So precisely how grandiose can we expect this pyramid to be? And will it have a square base like an actual pyramid?
What will the measurements be?

Let us agree on one thing though...
Pyramid = 3D
You aren't going to get away with building some 10 can stack... no no no. We want to see a pyramid that would impress the pharaohs.
Sacred burial chamber or it sucks.

I've got about 5 or 6 18 cases filled with empty washed out cans already, should I fill them with sand to make them sturdier?

No, but you should use superglue to hold them all still. Then you can lift the entire thing up over your head when you are done.

Be a man and build a liquor bottle pyramid! Some rum botttles stack easy once you've got about 8 down to make the base.
