Who are Guns and Rose's? Are they anything like Guns N' Roses?

Anyway, Chinese Democracy was NOT started in 1993. Work on the album that would eventually become Chinese Democracy did not start until sometime after 1996, when Slash left the band. The album may not have actually been started until sometime around 1998.

So, Dr. Pepper didn't do so well with the GNR free sodas... I don't think that the same promise will be made ever again.

As for the date when Chinese Democracy began... no one fucking knows. I bet Axl has had some of that shit in his mind since he was born. He didn't start actively moving towards "Chinese Democracy" the album until after Slash left the band though.

I remember seeing the little advertising insert for Forever when I bought Duke Nukem 3D back in 1997. and I thought it took Blizzard a long enough time to release Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3.
