Who is Seth? Seth could be a character from Peluca played by Jon Heder who eventually was adapted into Napoleon Dynamite.
He could be a kid who owes another one of Syd Lexia's friends some money and no one has seen him in months.
But I think the Seth in question was the recipient of a picture of a cake that was originally for Tyler, but was altered using some photo editing tool so it says Seth.
To make a long story short (too late), I don't know who the fuck Seth is. I just searched for Transformer Happy Birthday on google and found the picture of the cake. I also found the original, but I felt like even though I don't know Jeebus, he seems more like a Seth than a Tyler...unless he name actually is Tyler, in which case I fucked up.
Here is the original picture. Congrats, now you have both Tyler's and Seth's cake.

Until you pointed that out, I didn't even notice this. I hope it was a typo. Maybe they are suing the bakery and this picture was taken as evidence.
