Jennifer Love Hewitt didn't appeal to me at all until Heartbreakers. I think it was the clothing in the movie more than her.

She is hot. I never got into the show, but I am more of a Shannen Doherty guy myself. She seems like the kind of crazy bitch that hits you with a telephone during an argument so you have to call the cops on her. But you can't leave because she is such a freak in the sack. Then when you finally decide you can't take it, she waits outside your work, slashes your tires, harasses your new squeeze, and you eventually get a restraining order on her.
This should be a major turn off, but for some reason I find it rather appealing.

Even though I'm younger than Tatyana, when the show started, I still thought of her like just a kid. I always had a thing for Karyn Parsons. That is until the last few seasons where I really started to notice Tatyana quite a bit more.
Also, if we are talking Fresh Prince, don't forget Tyra Banks was on the show one season.
