You guys are ridiculous.
Name tags are fine. I don't see why it matters to a customer at all... they don't give a fuck who you are. But whatever. Seriously, it is beyond insecurity to feel like you are being dominated by an old woman because she calls you by your name. If you don't like it, change your name to something else.
