The recent revival of the NES quotes thread reminded me of something. In conversation, I absolutely cannot say "What's your point?" without saying "Ed".
It comes from a cut scene in Maniac Mansion where Ed complains about his dad living in the basement and kidnapping people and what not, and Edna says "What's your point Ed?"
Anyone else have permanent brain etching?

Whenever I hear "Sonic" in anything, I immediately think of Sonic the Hedgehog, not Supersonic jetplanes, the Seattle Sonics, Panasonic, or the restaurant.

I tell my dumpy friends to loose weight and ride the elevators. Syd, your articles are making me unpopular!

Dynasty Warriors 3. The English dub is so, so, so awful, it's like the voice actors did it all in one take the night of a keg party and weren't told it was supposed to be serious.
But it does make "Feel the power of my...maaaaaaaagic!" a pretty awesome in-joke.

It's thanks to that I imagine that one guy from DW3 when someone says "Like a lamb to the slaughter!" then I think "Now fire!" is coming next.....

No kidding. Am I the only one who notices that the restaraunt logo and the video game logo are practically the same?

Whenever anyone says the word splinter, or rat, I immediately say
"He's a radical rat!" That's more from the TV show, but also whenever
anyone says the word April I usually follow up with "Hang on, April" and
pump my fist in the air.
Someone punch me in the fucking throat.

That sounds a little extreme for mere TMNT love.

Whenever anyone talks about crying, I can't help but quote Devil May Cry and say in a Dantesqe voice "Devils.. don't cry.." Also yelling "SNAAAAAKE SNAAAAKE SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE" has become imbedded in my dialogue somewhat unfortunately.

Whenever someone asks me how to do something, I tell them how to do it, then follow it up with "Remember, skills for kills, Agent, skills for kills".
I actually said that to my mom once. She looked at me like I was retarded. Can't say I blame her.

We get a lot of cardboard boxes at the comic shop... Some of them big enough for me to hide under. And I do. Solid Snake style. I put a box over me and crawl around the shop. Customers love it.
Sonic=Sonic the Hedgehog. Period.
When ever I run out of something I say "I'm here to kick ass and ________. And I'm all out of _____"
When the word princess is said I think of Peach immediately. then the princesses from Bill and Ted.
At work when something is almost done I (or Paul on occasion) screams "FINISH HIM!." When something is done well, we say "Flawless Victory"
I swear my _____ is plus one against dragons.
I can't whistle anything without it turning into: a zelda song, a mario song, a sonic song, Protmon's theme, final fantasy song, etc.
I love WH40k and often (for no reason) scream "FOR THE EMPEROR!" or one of the many quotes from the books and DoW games.
I can (and will do more) That's enough for now.

I like to say "____ WINS" when someone wins an arguement. Ok, I don't, but I should start.

Whenever I'm writing down choices you can make, like in a Neverwinter Nights mod or on a website or something, I put one unique letter in the choice in parenthesis, like so:
(C)ontinue
(L)eave
It's an incredibly obscure reference to the first Bard's Tale and probably other keyboard-driven no mouse RPGs.
If you actually needed more evidence Bard's Tale has effectively ruined me forever, the way I write lowercase Fs is because of how they looked in the Bard's Tale text on the Commodore 64.
There are other silly habits I've picked up, but none of them are major/funny enough for me to remember them right away.
When my brother and I are watching something or playing a game and there's a quote that's really funny or memorable, it usually becomes an inside joke between us. This is a TV show example and not a game example, but I was playing Team Fortress 2 with my brother watching and I had to run from an enemy ubercharge. My brother yelled out "SUPER RUN AWAY!" from Venture Brothers. That was a good time.

Compulsive quoting is a bad habit of mine, particularly "yoga fire! yoga fire! Yoga Flaaaame!" and "We need more vespene gas". Also the standard nerd habit of hadoukening people.

Quoting from Video Games is pretty common for me. The most common, is when my parents ask for the key for the house after we go somewhere, I say "Take a Key For Coming In!" from Ghouls & Ghosts on the Genesis.

Anyone who's watched my youtube videos knows I work at a gas station/garage. Well one day I saw this guy and a female friend of his fighting semi-playfully for a few minutes, they stopped for maybe half a minute and when things looks like they would begin again I turned on the intercom (note that they had yet to come into the store or even know the place was equipped with an intercom) and said "Round Two! Fight!"
They both turned toward my window and has a look of "what the fuck?" then started laughing. I thought it was cool.
