Didn't bother to look both ways down a street, got hit by a truck. My foot ended up pinned underneath one of the wheels. If I wasn't wearing those super-hard Sunday shoes, my foot would've been in much worse shape.

When I was seven or eight, I got bit in the face by a German Shepherd. Needed around 30 stitches.

Fell off a cliff while I was fast roping in Okinawa. I started bounding and basically shattered my ankle on a friggin tree limb. When you are landing on a tree limb you know that's one hell of a fall. Needless to say I don't like heights then and I don't like em now.

My worst injury was hitting my head when I was 3 (not the forehead, but the top of it). Apparently, it required about 20 stitches and I was lucky it bled out and not in.
I've also rolled down the stairs a few times because I thought it was fun as hell. Somehow, I never even got a scratch from doing that.
