I don't remember seeing a topic about this, but I just installed this game today. I personally, think it's a great addition to the FPS Zombie type of games. You have Single Player with four people to choose from, Co-Op, and Online. In Co-Op and Online, you are a zombie like every other level. I still want to see a game though where you only play as the Zombie, and you can eat peoples brains.

From the previews I say it looks more cartoonish with the oversized exploding zombies and whatnot and I prefer my Zombie games to be more realistic, the COD: WAW zombie part looks more like what I want with the buying and upgrading of weapons, I prefer zombie defense games. Regardless, I will more than likely give this game a go.

I don't think my home PC is good enough to play this, but I read some reviews and it sounds like a lot of fun.
I am very interested in it.

I would like to take a moment to point out that this is the way modding should be handled.

wah wah wah.
you want the low down?
you annoy the shit out of me lately, with your snide remarks, your constant begging for topics to be locked as if you were the forum gestapo, and other random things you were doing.
then you went and made a big stink publically about that porno mag thread being locked, automatically blaming me and complaining that I wasn't being fair or whatever, it it pissed me off even more. you could have handled it through PM like a normal person.
then I tried to have a little fun with it, and you bitched some more.
then I was really upset over real world things, logged in, saw you posted somethign else annoying, and didn't feel like dealing with it, so I deleted you. I figured if you were going to bitch that I was being unfair in an unmodded board, when I wasn't even responsible, that it wouldn't matter if I actually acted unfair.
you finally pmed me, and I read it, but was in no mood to deal with it at the time. I made a mental note to unblock you later, but then you made a topic in the forum for the website's feedback, bitching and whining some more.
after that I kinda just stopped caring. the NWO board is a usergroup for a reason. it's a privledge, not a right. I only made registrations open because I was lazy at the time, and got tired of people messaging me while I was on hiatus, asking for admittance. it's really stupid to piss off the guy in charge of the board.
also of note is the fact that jeebus told you after you made the whiny topic, that you should settle this in pms with me and syd. instead of doing that, you decided to make the bitchy post that you did above.
maybe sometime in the near future when I decide to give a shit, I'll add you again, or if you decide to stop being a whiny cunt prior to that.
was it right? probably not. was it fair of me? definitely not. but considering I'm yet to hear any sort of backlash from the man in charge, I don't think it matters much. if syd disagrees with me, he's an admin and has full control over the board. I just wouldn't want to be in charge of the board anymore after that.

I'm probably going to rent this tonight, It looks quite fun even if it's not quite as "realistic" as I would like.

I'd ideally like to get this for PC to extend the game with user maps, but I don't feel like upgrading. 360 version it is.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind. |

Well, it is a source game. And, the Source engine doesn't really have that high of requirements. I remember playing Half Life 2 on an AMD ATHLON 2100+ w/1GB RAM and a Radeon 9600XT.
I tried the demo, and according to EVGA Precision I was getting 200+ FPS with max settings on my current beast.
This isn't Crysis people.
The only high requirement it has is 3.0GHz CPU, but that probably means the equivilent of a Pentium 4 - 3.0GHz, not a Core 2 Duo/Quad or Athlon X2/Phenom.
To see if you can run it, go here on the PC you want to use:

I have a socket 423 1.5Ghz Pentium 4 in my current desktop (my 2.0Ghz failed, but those socket 423 procs had a high failure rate anyway). I think I could probably run it, but not all that well. Besides, my new machine should be done my Christmas, and that one will be a beast. Right now, though, I have a kitten.

Well, I don't have online.
Is the game worth getting just for the regular 1-player game?
