Wario Land is great.
You get to play as REAL Wario, not that lame bullshit Wario from Wario Ware/SSBB.

In SSBB you can change wario to his normal clothes.

Yes, you can. But most of his mannerisms are based on Wario Ware, rendering the costume change pointless.

I suppose it is great if you enjoy Wario as a character.
I personally think he is too obnoxious as a bad guy to be a protagonist too.

I remember the code from the original Wario game SMLIII(?) where you pause the game and hit the select button like 20 times, and then you could increase your lives and coinage. YES, I used that code to get the biggest house at the end.

I found those clothes a lil' fag, the first time I seen them on Warioware touched.
I was like "Wario... What have you become... WHY NINTENDO WHY???"
I got over it.
