I love www.hulu.com and www.fancast.com

Between the two I can watch current tv episodes for shows I would otherwise miss.

But instead of trying to build a great library, these sites just show current content and clear out the old.

A perfect example of this is a show I was looking for tonight.

I have been a constant viewer of CSI:NY, but I missed season 5 episode 1. It was a continuation of the season 4 finally and I was eager to see it. A few weeks ago I had looked it up online on CBS's website and sure enough it was there. I have been a bit busy but was going to watch it tonight since the election killed TV this week.

I browsed through CBS, Hulu & Fancast only to find episodes 5 & 6 from season 5. Why would you take the shows down? They have commercials... you get money from them. Why not have all of the episodes up?

I bet that more add impressions from viewers would easily equal the same amount of money as DVD sales, and they wouldn't have to produce as many physical disks.
