I wouldn't think there would be anything preventing them to exist, but I've never seen one, aside from things like Probable Muppet mentioned. I mean, they have (or had) drive-thru liquor stores in Texas which I would think would be a much worse idea than online liquor. Not to say online liquor store is a bad idea, because it really isn't.

I would think that if they did exist, you'd already know about it. It just doesn't seem like the type of thing that would fly.

I've seen online liquor stores before, but it's mostly for if you're interested in a $40,000 bottle of cognac. If you just want some beer and vodka, go to the fucking liquor store down the street.
