I think it's pretty fun, I've gotten a kick out of it since I bought it. I have it for Wii also, but when Fallout 3 comes out for PC, my Wii will start to collect dust for a long time.

I want it but can't afford it right now, and wby the time I can I suspect it to be sold out for the wii like with GH3 so I will be getting it some time next year

My pal brought it by last night with the new guitar. considering the guitar bundle sells for nearly a hundred bucks, I'm dreading how much the full set is.
I really enjoyed it. I like the new little things they've added, like the purple lines in bass and stuff. it makes it feel less like the same game with new songs.
I unlocked billy corgan, now I'm hoping to unlock the rest of the guys so I can have a super group consisting of billy corgan, travis barker, ted nugent, and zakk wylde, all playing the wrong instruments.

The full Wii set was 199.49 with tax, which I think comes to 189.99 without tax. The 360 and PS3 versions are probably 199.99 each
Looks like I won't be getting RB2 for quite awhile, cuz now I got start Christmas shopping.

I'm getting it today and had it preordered. I've heard that there's a rumor about you unlocking 48 songs upon opening it if you preordered it at GameStop. Is that true at all?

Rock Band 2 Wii is confirmed to work with GH Wii guitars. There is no word yet on if it will work with the GH4 drums and mic.
The RB1 instruments for the Wii are confirmed to work with GH4 though.

So I guess the decision is do i get world tour and it's instruments and then eventually get rock band or the other way around. This shit aint fair. Though from what I've been hearing the drums are slightly defective for GH so rock band might be the way to go.

I got the full band for the wii, too. I haven't tried vocals yet, and I suck hard at drums. But I still rock at guitar.

I just completed it on medium before work so I could have all the songs unlocked. I'm thinking about going back to the store now and picking up a new guitar though, are the new ones worth getting? I'm just curious if I should trade in the old GH ones for new.... Oh well, on to unlocking the RB2 tracks now so I can peel into Fallout 3 and Dead space lol. Too many games!!!! Still got Resistance 2 and gears 2 comming up soon! Arg!

eh, the new slider thing is more trouble than it's worth, but overall the guitar doesn't feel as light and cheap as the older ones, so that alone makes it worth it IMO. the new palm mute star power button takes some getting used to as well.
I'm a weirdo, and I'm gonna keep one RB wireless, one GHIII wireless, and one GHWT wireless. I'm considering getting the completely unnecessary RB bass too.
