When I first got FF7 soon after it came out, I played it pretty much straight until I beat it. It was about 80-85 hours, I think. I took bathroom breaks and grabbing-food-to-bring-to-my-room breaks. Toward the end, I'd have to keep a cold, wet washcloth on my my forehead or neck to stay awake. I slept for about a day afterward.
