So I have the Nyko charge station for the Wii remotes. And it has an obnoxious design flaw.
Unlike most chargers, which shut off once the battery is charged, the Nyko one keeps going. So if you primarily play 2 player games, and you leave your third and fourth remotes charging on the station for 2 weeks straight, it will completely drain the battery packs, rendering them dead and useless.

No, and it doesn't destroy the remote or station. But it still sucks.

That really is a shitty design.
They should charge to full and then cycle charge once every other day.
