anyone have any ideas where i can get such a hat? i checked amazon and ebay and couldnt find anything similar so i hope i get some suggestions

Buy a really big electrical saw blade and cut out the innermost part, leaving only the rim. Take it to a tailor and tell him to make you a hat with this as a brim.
