The PS3 is running a standard GPU, but the Cell CPU is WAY different to program for the x86 CPUs of the X360 & PC.
And, since you brough it up. Why the fuck does EA still port the PS2 version of its sports games to PC instead of the DirectX run X360!?!

Because EA sucks. We have estabilished this as a fact in the Official Sydlexia Decree #815. Try to keep up.

PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 should have more shared titles because their hardware is so similar. |
Wrong.
Wrong.
Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.
PC shouldn't EVER share titles with console releases. Period. If a game is designed to be played on a console, it's going to be watered down bullshit on the PC. Fact. Never been proven otherwise, ever, with a single game originally designed as multiplatform, this generation or otherwise.

Halo played okay on my Mac, but I liked it better on the Xbox. Still, Rayman 2 was great on all platforms it was released on (PC, N64, Dreamcast, DS, hell, even the PSX).

halo CE was everythign halo was on X-Box, but it had that mouse and keyboard that PC users swear by.
on top of that it had extra weapons, extra maps, a map editor, online play, and was moddable.

I think it was because all of the PC kids who made fun of it were too embarassed to get it themselves.

Prince of Persia Sands of Time.
I enjoyed it much more on the PC. Controls were so much easier.

Really? I can't imagine that it would be better on the PC. Then again, I only played Warrior Within. But still, it just doesn't seem like a good fit for PC.

I seriously prefer Sands of Time with a PS2 pad over a mouse and a keyboard.
