That's cuz PAL sucks. NTSC has a rich, full color whereas with PAL everything looks pale and dull.

We have more scanlines, though. That means we have a HIGHER RESOLUTION. Still, they should just cut the bullshit with HD and have one fucking standard for the whole world. Regional lockout for the fail.

I don't know about the other way around, but you can play PAL games on a NTSC Dreamcast if you have the Utopia boot disc.
On a related note, did anyone read the long description for the item? Sad story. I hope it's true and not some BS that they made up to sell shit. It sounds true though. And with 100% feedback it had better be.
Where did they get all this stuff? It's enough to start a small video game store.
