The game does look fucking awesome. Did anyone else keep watching to the Samurai Spirits clip? Is that a new game coming out, meaning a new edition of Samurai Spirits (Shodown)? If so I need that shit like yesterday.

Alright, let's see who we got again:
Kyo, Benimaru, Ralf, Leona, Terry, Andy, Kim, Ryo, Robert, Ash, Shen Woo, Athena, Iori, Raiden, and more or less confirmed are Goro Daimon and Elizabeth.
That's 16 characters right there, in a roster of 20.
Also rumored i K', I've read nothing about Billy from RotD... but if the put him in, let's hope Jimmy makes it in too.
No LDMs or anything, just regular DMs. Ralf lost his gattling attack and argentine backbreaker, pleeeaaaase let Clark be in. Clash system seems kinda cool. Also, there will be no storyline for this game, so we're probably gonna see Rugal or Geese coming out as a last boss.

billy was already confirmed when they first showed that they were making the game. they're probably saving his gameplay stuff for later to garner interest.
they're going for classic looks with a lot of the characters, which is really cool. old andy and robert are much better than their newest redesigns, and old ryo is kinda cool. I would have preferred MOTW terry though. it would have also been cool if they went with his older design that still had sleeves on his shirt or jacket.
I hate ralf and athena's new designs, yet I love iori's.
There are quite literally a hundred million thousand better people that they could have put into this game instead of raiden.

I played SNK vs Capcom 2 and learned to really respect Iori. That guy's a beast. Generally easy to control and play, but the computer, as usual, does things you need a precision fast joystick and perfect reflexes to pull off. Which doesn't even count counter fighting. Just his own stuff.
