This idea was brought up in the Mystery Men thread by Tebor due to Tom Wait's appearance in the film. Who else can you think of?

Mark Wahlberg comes to mind (who I still habitually call Marky Mark) as well as Sinatra.

J-Lo, just look at her stellar music career and then "Gigli", what her film career amounted to.

Flea of Red Hot Chili Peppers. I've only seen him in BttF II & III and The Big Lebowski (he hasn't been in too much else), but I thought he did a decent job.

RIP Hacker.

It's funny how apparently nobody thinks of Will Smith as a musician anymore. He was the first one I expected to see in this thread.

He is also probably the most obvious. I don't know why I didn't think about it. Tupac is one I forgot about. It seems like a lot of rappers have success as actors.

I love that movie. I have had every intention of owning it for years now. Everytime I see it, I don't have any money. When I do have money, I forget about it. Plus, there are also hundreds of movies I want too. So it always slips my mind.

I'm sorry but Get Rich or Die Trying was not a brilliant performance, or an interesting story for that matter. If you want to watch a good modern gangster movie watch Paid in Full.

Aw, c'mon, 50 Cents is on his way to many Oscars. As long as he keeps using his real name, we know he is serious.

I agree, but I would add Will Smith to the list.
