So the government seized control of Washington Mutual and sold it to JPMorgan Chase. I say good riddance.
WaMu pisses me off. They spell "Woo hoo!" wrong in their commercials. They spell it as "Whoo Hoo!" which is freaking gay. So bye bye, WaMu, glad to see you burn.
Also, WaMu is a stupid abbreviation.

Glad I'm with Citizens Bank. Royal Bank of Scotland won't let them get away with any bullshit (except for that stupid scratch-and-win bonus for CD accounts).

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind. |

Isn't it "Wahoo!" (wä'hū')
Also I think they should have gone with WM. They could have made a badass logo with it and it looks the same rotated 180 degress!

...the bank isn't going anywhere. Someone else just owns it now.
But in hindsight, the "No ATM fees" thing looks kind of silly now, huh?

No ATM fees for your customers is.
No ATM fees for non-customers really isn't.

WaMu is the only bank I've ever been to in America. It was in Seattle and the fucking Subway only accepted cash.

You live in Seattle? The weather wasn't any different than fucking Chilliwack, though it was nice out that day, and I was on a bus, so...
But fuck, I love Seattle. I'm gonna move there once I'm done with school.

According to wikipedia we've gone from being a crime ridden crack house city to one in four of the Top Emerging Gay Ghettos.
So all the bums and gang members I see outside the corner store might be MODDED just say - Regal Sin?!

Wouldn't the word "Whoo" be pronounced just like the word "Hoo"?
Who, as in The Who, Dr. Who, and "I'm Bart Simpson, who the hell are you?" is pronounced that way, and since you're just sticking another O on the end of it, i don't see why the W shouldn't be silent.
So it should be the "Hoo Hoo." That is wicked gay.
