M.U.S.C.L.E on NES.
That's about it.

Powerpunch 2 is Sci-Fi boxing, but wrestling... eh. Other than M.U.S.C.L.E, only if you make robots/aliens with character creation. I had a friend's younger brother who would whoop people's asses with a character one of the WWE Gamecube games called RoboPimp 3000. Now that I think about it, it was basically a badass robot Godfather with a better repertoire.

Simpsons Wrestling had Kang and/or Kudos. That's about as close as you'll get.
Actually, that's not true. King of Monsters, and King of the Monsters 2.
Also, Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee, Godzilla: Save The Earth, Godzilla: Unleashed.

I loved Nick Arcade, but the kids on it were about as sharp as the softest thing in the world, whatever it may be.

Its not the softest thing in the world, but Foghorn Leghorn recommends "Sharp as a sack o wet leather".

Teleroboxer on the Virtual Boy was like a first person Punch Out with robots.

I loved that show too, but I have to agree with you on the kids not being smart.

As a kid I always wanted to play that fake game they had on the big screen of Nick Arcade.
If you want to enjoy some quality sci fi wrestling just dress up as your favorite character, go to a con, and start dropkicking and haymakering everyone.

Heh, you think those kids on that show were idiots, you should watch some of the lower-budget programs on Game Show Network.
Apart from those listed, I know of none, though it would be cool if they were to make one.

There's also the sequel on PS2, which I never played. But I liked the first one, it runs on the same engine as the N64 AKI wrestling games, but it's alot more over-the-top. Eh, closest to Sci-Fi that I can think of anyway.....
