I want that ASCII Grip controller, badly.Where are the X and O buttons? I think I may have saw an ad for that controller on the back of the Clock Tower manual. It looks sweet.

The X and O buttons are triggers on the bottom. Since it was a non-analog PS1 controller, you would probably have to serch e-bay or the like to find one. I got mine years ago a K*B Toys, when they were clearancing off their PS1 stuff.

The Duke Xbox Controller

Come see the water break my fall
No one knows no one comes
Have you ever seen the book
The one on my help
The one entitled self-death, self-death
How to earn a million pounds
I can see it now oh the hearse

A Happ Competition joystick with Happ Horizontal Microswitch buttons is my all around favorite method of controlling most video games.

My favorite gamepad doesn't exist, but if it did it would be a Nintendo D-pad from an OEM SNES controller on a PlayStation controller. No one does the D-pad like Nintendo, and the ergonomics and button postitions of the PS controller is perfect for me.

I think the Playstation Dualshock is one of the best controllers out there. The only thing that mars it's beauty is the awful d-pad. I think a Dualshock with the d-pad from the NES bone controller would be absolutely perfect.

I also like the Xbox 360 controller, again the only thing being a crap d-pad.

I agree about the dualshock its my favorite controller of all time after that i would pick probably the 64s, i dont like the 360s because the anologues are on seperate axises. I cant get past it.

My favorite controller of all-time is definitely The Advantage. It was especially helpful in trying to play Bigfoot for more than an hour without having to put a damp washcloth between the D-pad and my thumb.

My favorite controller design is PS/PS2. I honestly don't know if the PS3 controller is any different, but I would assume not.

I will add that I have absolutely ANYTHING ever made by Mad Catz; Their controllers, peripherals, and memory cards did everything short of murdering me.

RIP Hacker.
