Is this game as fantastically wonderful as I believe it to be, or have I underestimated it?

Also, you *people* have been having fun without me, I'm very upset about it.

It is indeed quite awesome. Sid Meier rules.

It's too bad that this hasn't gotten semi-frequent iterations the way that Civilization has.
