By menu do you mean the nav bar on the top of the main site? Syd mentioned he wanted to do it, but I think it was inspired by the fact that my blog, Haddox's blog, and the sydipedia were all inaccessible to anyone who wasn't on the forums, and should all get more traffic now. That, and since I was unable to update last Wednesday or Thursday, it probably prompted Syd to do it immediately thus guilting me into making sure I don't drop the ball again.

Great idea, but the font doesn't really flow with the rest, is it temporary?

I think they look fine. The site is retro, thus the buttons are pixelated. If you think you can do better, go for it. You must keep the current dimensions though.

Are there any other details?
Does it have to look "retro"?

The only prerequisites are:
1. the buttons must mesh well with the site design and attiutude
2. the buttons must be the same size as the current buttons
The current button sizes are:
100 x 31 (news, syd lexia)
98 x 31 (forums, comics, staff, haddox, jeebus, wiki, valdronius, the mods, msg:name)

I miss the original font. Was it too wide?

The original font didn't shrink well. At anything below 16 point, it looked like ass.

That doesn't suit the site as well.

Yeah. Cool, but doesn't fit the theme.

It appears the wiki button isn't working at the moment.

Is there any way that the menu could be placed above the forums?

Thats a good idea, imo. I often go between the forum and the wiki these days, and it would just add a little convenience to my life.
