Wow, I had not heard that. I lost hope when I heard that it's going to be an international group of super agents who all wear the same outfits and that Cobra was going to have a small part, if any, in the story.

Yeah, it takes the right kind of man to play Shipwreck on not come off as a gay sailor. The Rock is not that man. Plus how the fuck is he going to pull off that beard! He won't!!!
Though Dr. Cox from Scrubs as Wild Bill is pretty fucking cool. But NOT COOL ENOUGH!

Now that I could see!
As far as Shipwreck goes, they'll probably change his character to be a street-smart drag racer or something so the name will be the only thing he has in common with the original.

The Rock has only been made an offer to play Shipwreck. There has been no news that he actually signed on. Shipwreck might not even be in the movie as far I know. Also if The Rock was in the movie he'd be like the fourth actor from the Mummy franchise to get a part (Fraser, Vosloo, and some other guy whose name I can't remember).

Uh, the G.I. Joe movie is in post-production. So unless you think they're gonna film a bunch of new scenes with the Rock just sitting around and then crowbar them into the movie, it's not gonna happen. And that took all of 2 seconds to find out.

Also, I like how Transformers 2 has the subtitle of "Revenge of the Fallen" and new Megatron concept art has leaked and still people are adamant in the idea that Megatron is not going to be in it.

Some of the battles looked cool, and I of course enjoyed Megan Fox, but the dialogue was stupid and seeing Jetfire walk around with a cane was actually painful to watch.
