I don't know about anyone else here, but I am a huge south park fan. Its basically the only show that I religiously catch new episodes of. In short I think its been a long overdue time for a new South Park movie.

The problem here is although the first one was entertaining, it came out after like the 2nd or 3rd season while the show was still in its infancy. Were now on season 12. The humor on the show has evolved so much that a new movie could be incredible, that is if Matt and Trey were up for it. I found this and apparently some people agree. Laughing

I don't want them to do anything they aren't prepared to do.

The first movie was as good as it was because they did it their way. I would hate to see them pressured into making a movie someone else's way.

I agree completely. Thats why I initially posted "that is if Matt and Trey were up for it." And it doesn't matter anyways, if they were pressured to make one and didn't want to then it simply wouldn't happen.

I know I'm going to get bashed but I can't dig South Park too much anymore. I used to be a huge SP fan and now I don't even bother catch the new episodes when they come out.

Beavis and Butthead 4 ever. =)

Absolutely terrible idea. Matt and Trey haven't had any funny ideas in their head since....the first movie actually.

There are a lot of what if's in life Donny. What if I hit you really hard in the face, knocked yo shit to the back of yo skull? What if I....had you girl gargle my nuts? The fact remains, you are a fuckin mutant.

Same here. I used to enjoy the show, but then it lost its novelty. Now, I hardly ever go out of my way to see new episodes.

I think South Park might be done. Much like with The Simpsons, the first season or two seemed good at the time because it was so new, but the show evolved a lot since then. Things really picked up with season 3, and from season 4 on pretty much every episode was a classic. Once season 10 hit they had a couple misses, but the rest of the season was still really good so it was easy to not notice. Season 11 was at best 50/50 in terms of the episodes being good. Season 12 of South Park will probably have 2 or 3 classic episodes, and, much like the Simpsons, if they continue into season 13 and beyond it's going to be total crap.

Oh yeah, online petitions don't ever affect anyone ever, especially one that couldn't even get 100 signatures in over a year.

Uh, Season 11 was awesome.

1. With Apologies To Jesse Jackson - Randy says the n-word on Wheel of Fortune
2. Cartman Sucks - Butters goes to Christian camp to pray the gay away.
3. Lice Capades - Sock bath!
4. The Snuke - Hillary Clinton has a nuclear device in her vagina.
5. Fantastic Easter Special - Kyle kills Jesus.
6. D-Yikes - Scissor fucking.
7. Night of the Living Homeless - Spare some change?
8. Le Petit Tourette - Cartman fakes Tourette's
9. More Crap - Bono is a giant turd.
10 - 12. Imaginationland - Terrorists try to nuke our imagination.
13. Guitar Queer-O - The kids play Guitar Hero.
14. The List - The girls decide that Kyle is the ugliest boy in school.

Only half of Season 12 has aired thus far. The second half starts October 1st. The aired episodes are:

1. Tonsil Trouble - Cartman gets AIDS and gives it Kyle. I love this one.
2. Britney's New Look - People hate this one, because it's more subtle. Like "Scott Tenorman Must Die" or "Kenny Dies", it builds to a punchline, and either that punchline works for you or it doesn't. I like it. It helps if you've read "The Lottery".
3. Major Boobage - An awesome parody of Heavy Metal.
4. Canada On Strike - What? What? In My Butt.
5. Eek, A Penis! - Mrs. Garrison becomes Mr. Garrison. Very medicore, but Mrs. Garrison had run her course and this was a good fix.
6. Over Logging - A "Grapes of Wrath" parody. As someone who actually read the books they were assigned in high school (finger point - Jeebus), I enjoyed it.
7. Super Fun Time - After a Burger King robbery gone awry, armed criminals take over Pioneer Village while the kids are on a field trip there. Pretty funny.

Like these episodes or not, the next 7 episodes could completely wow you.

season 11 was pretty good. the only one i didnt care too much for was the homeless episode.

season 12, i didnt really care for the britney spears one. i never read 'the lottery' but i think i remember my teacher discussing it in class. its been so long though that i could be wrong. and the canada episode had some funny moments, but it wasnt that great overall.

so, i agree w/syd, the last season and a half have been very enjoyable imo

Sorry Syd, I get confused by their seasons. Change my comments on season 10 to season 11 (the lice, snuke, and more crap, and to some degree d-yikes episodes I didn't care for at all). Season 12 has been less than 50/50, with the first 3 episodes sucking ass, episode 5 being pretty bad, and episode 6 being alright, but the end being too obvious.

I found it to be highly educational. I had no idea that a Linksys router ran the internet.

Agreed. I still like to look at all the random characters.

Maybe you could petition for a widescreen poster.

That would be badass. And btw that online petition I posted is not me and I don't give a fuck about it. I know online petitions never work (megaman and geno for brawl), I just posted a link to it to show that other people have the same opinion as me on the situation. ....I HATE online petitions.

I've seen episodes of South Park here and there and enjoyed them, and own B, L, & U. However, the mass following and the chuds who make constant references to it annoy the fuck out of me. The shirts are also pretty terrible. Same thing with Family Guy.

I can't wait until I get out of high school.

Over Logging was awesome. Trey and Matt understand the undertones of society so damn well sometimes and it showed in this episode. Stan's dad sneaking on the internet to look at porn,Kyle unplugging/replugging in the big ass linksys router so everyone can get internet again in the US.It doesnt get any better popculture wise than that
