Very interesting, I cannot wait to use the Joker. Is Lex Luthor gonna be all gadgets and weapons based for his attacks or what??

They may add Johnny Cage later, it seems wrong with him. Though, it may be hard trying to fit a comical archetype into such a dark-looking game.

Groin Punch aside, Cage isn't silly. He's certainly not sillier than Liu Kang, with his high pitched screams and horizontal pedaling kick.

Meant to say "seems wrong without him." Typo. What I meant was is that you could take Liu Kang, and make him into a serious badass to fit in the game (though it may just look bad), but they'd have to do a lot to Johnny's character to make him fit in. I guess weirder things have happened though.

Well, Johnny was originally meant to be fairly serious. He's also the "first" MK character. As I'm sure you know, MK was originally proposed as a mo-cap fighting game based on the movie Bloodsport. When Van Damme wouldn't sign on, it turned in MK and Van Damme became Johnny Cage.
