I'm playing it on a SuperO card with the US version of the rom on a non-lite DS.

You can never count on roms to be completely reliable. I'm still looking for a Sega Genesis Mortal Kombat 1 rom that doesn't activate buttons by itself to this day. Mind you, my roms are reliable, considering that I have a hard copy of all of them except for one (and that's because it's only for the japanese famicom)

If the ROM has a [!] (verified good dump) in its filename you can count on it to work.

LOL. It's not really the rom dump. DS rom dumps are 99.999% perfect. You use a flashcard that takes MicroSD's, right? RIGHT?
It depends on the speed of your MicroSD card iirc, so if you bought some cheapo shit, of course it's gonna have problems =P

On an unrelated note, anyone ever have a problem with the partner system? Like sometimes, I'd have Charlotte out and she wouldn't stop jumping to the right side of the screen... non stop. There'd be enemies or whatever and she'd just jump past them to hop around like a retard.
