I know there are some missing, but I just wanted to use some of the most popular ones. Some would argue Soccer should be on the list, but I will not recognize that as a sport, it's less of a sport then the AFL IMO.

Also from your Favorite Sport what is the team you despise the most.

I'm from PA and it's a huge Steelers area. For some reason they normally don't televise the Steelers games, so all fans come to the bar I go to and completely ruin my day with their stupid cheering at every yard and every stop. God forbid if they score a touchdown. FUCK THE STEELERS!

it is football in 99% of the world.

My least favorite sport isn't there you should have had like 20 options or at least an "Other" option.

As far as watching I hate Soccer and Basketball, they just get boring very quickly to me. I tend to prefer Ice Hockey and Baseball for watching, I know Ice Hockey plays like Soccer sorta but there are far more impacts and action going on and they're constantly moving with almost no stopping. It could be just my personal taste for some reason though, and American Football is alright to me.

The teams I despise the most from Ice Hockey and Baseball, are the New Jersey Devils and both New York teams(Yankees and Mets) for baseball. Also, I hate the Steelers being an Eagles fan and all.

I guess baseball since it's pretty boring. And I always hated the Steelers even before I became a Raiders fan.

Okay I'll say I hate watching golf, simply because I don't find it interesting enough, and it is too slow paced for me.

As for actually playing I 'd say baseball, because it's like a turn-based rpg everything is in sections or that's how I see it.

Well I chose the four main leagues. The ones that have been around and that are the most popular. That's why I leave soccer out. The only time anyone I know ever cares about Soccer/Football is when the World Cup rolls around.

I can't really pick one. As long as I'm watching my favorite team for the sport non of them are unentertaining. But if I HAD to choose one I would choose Hockey because that is my least watched sport.

well, those arent real soccer fans then. cause we have the Euro Cup that just finished. the concacaf, the champions league, the superliga, etc etc

I think Baseball is considered the national pasttime, because it takes so damn long to play. Never like it.

Basketball & Football are equally my faves.

I hate The Lakers, and The Patriots.

Football is the biggest "joke" of a sport on the list and no one votes for it? haha it's basically a North America only sport. I voted basketball 'cause I don't like to watch or play it.

Why would anyone vote hockey? hockey is the shit.

Least favorite team, Ottawa or Montreal, they are Toronto's biggest rivals, and I hate Montreal fans, they think they are godly.

i voted hockey.

i like basketball, fast paced high scoring and on any given day, any team can pull an upset.

football is the same, any given sunday, you can pull an upset. season is too short imo but i can understand the toll the season takes on a body. especially a full contact sport like that.

baseball is only fun if you follow it because of fantasy league baseball. or if you watch it live. after the whole steroid debacle, i am slowly losing interest in baseballl.

Maybe because we like it more than at least one of the other three? You say it's a North America only sport. Well I suppose most of the people who post here are from North America, so football is part of our culture. Just a guess.

Hockey is the only sport besides any sort of boxing/mma type sport that allows you to continue fighting until someone hits the ice. 7 people prefer someone dribbling a ball up and down a court until someone slaps him in the arm and then a foul is called??? For shame.

I voted Football, yeah I like football mildly, but the other sports listed are much better in my opinion.

I chose basketball.

Hockey - the fastest game, each goal counts for a lot, penalties are generally meaningful. Oh you slammed your stick into that guys face, sit down for two minutes.

Baseball - is boring, but is statistically fun to read about. The highlights are enjoyable too.

Football - is a bit slow paced, but some of the most amazing acts of athleticism in any sport are shown during football games.

Basketball - A bunch of assholes score hundreds of collective points and a meaningless 90% of the game goes by. The last 3 minutes takes forever and either matters a lot or not at all. The draft system doesn't make any sense.

I think the fact that baseball is beating out hockey for least favorite is a testament to how many Canadians use the forums.

I'm from Alabama and I think hockey is a lot cooler than baseball. Hockey has fights and a time limit. Baseball has snores for a virtually unlimited amount of time.

Football is boring to watch for me. Too many timeouts and huddles and other bullshit to keep me interested. Baseball's cool because of the pitching, Hockey rocks because it's a bunch of dudes on skates hitting a small rubber object at a goal that some crazy mofo is guarding., and basketball, while boring, is less boring than football.
