He finds the grave of his brother and cannot realize that hope rides alone. As he descends from the building he can hear the calls of Dr. Wily's

The Stand (Man or Machine?) - Megamans brother Protoman is still alive, Not as the hero he once was, but as a machine-A man who could see that meatbags

Dr.Wily gives the order, and the robot masters continue to slaughter you meatbags.
