For some reason it was encoded backwards, but it doesn't make any difference for the clip:
The second part about the salad made me laugh out loud pretty damn hard.

I sat silently. It could have been funny, but the delivery was terrible. And here I was, anticipating an actually funny Family Guy clip. You got my hopes up man, and then you just dashed, dashed, dashed them all away.

It's not funny though. Almost every episode of Family Guy has this "Oh, that really happens" moment. Yes, it's true. No, it wasn't particularly funny.

I had this conversation with my dad, well not this conversation, but it had to do with my generation having a different sense of humor than his. I think it comes down to familiarity for some part(another part, the time period you grew up I think). I didn't even like family guy when I was first turned on to it by a friend that said it was great, but over the years, it has become one of my favorite shows.

I've said it before, I'll say it again - the humor of the show is very hit or miss. Either it's hilarious, or it's very, very bad. It rarely treads the middle ground.
I thought it was...well, kind of dumb. It could have been done better.

I actually caught The Cleaveland Show the other day for the first time ever and didn't hate it like I thought I would. It was the episode where he was retelling Die Hard though so you can't really screw that up. "I shot a kid!"
