Pretty weird but interesting. There isn't too much music to this song, but oh well, 6/10.
it was the best of times
it was the blurst of times

8/10 Not my kinda music at all and I surprisingly thought it was a really impressive song. Talented guy! He may become super famous in the future. I might actually check out more Jake Bugg.
4/10 Most of that thrash metal is hit or miss for me. I didn't find that one to be anything special.

That is some very angry and weird music... I kinda dig it. 6/10.
I find it also amusing that you consider Marina Diamandis beatiful voice as annoying and this not.

I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "and this not". I'm not saying she doesn't have a good voice. However I find when her voice goes higher to be pretty grating. Also the lyrics are terrible. There was nothing really else to say anything about it. The whole song was clearly based around her voice and the lyrics. The piano was nothing special at all.
That's my two cents.

I referred to the song you posted but nevermind. I can't argue about something so subjectiv like music.

8/10 Speakerbox is a good song, a nice short song.
7/10. I liked the feel of the song, like something you'd hear on the Lost Boys soundtrack.
Also, does anyone else think that Marina chick sounds like a slightly-higher-pitched Nico (of The Velvet Underground and Nico)? The resemblance was the first thing I noticed.

5/10, Battles were one of those bands that I thought I was going to like, yet everything i've heard by them has done absolutely nothing for me, which is saddening really because John Stanier is a fucking hero.

8/10 Never got into Bad Religion, but you picked one of the two songs of theirs I really, really liked. The other one is "Kerosene" which is awesome.
Next band is a weird one for me. Their earliest stuff is typical anarcho-punk "fuck the police" that is pretty catchy, yet better-written than most of their contemporaries. Their middle stuff, though, is pretty awful, where they have great music, but try to get deeper with their lyrics. It's pretty bad. Their latest stuff, though, really matured, and I absolutely love it. This is probably my favorite track of theirs, since it's more of their "hoorah working class" tone than "fuck police and corporations." Catchy, too:
So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

9/10. That album is outstanding.
I didn't even know anyone else had heard of Mischief Brew.
One of my recent favorites. He put out a new album this year called Electric that is absolutely spectacular. It's reignited an old love.
