It's getting to that time again, and it looks like there will be actual football, so it's time to announce the Deadpool Contest here again.

The idea is still simple. Here are the rules (note I did make some changes, so read them anyways).

*Each week, you pick one team. You cannot pick a team you have previously picked.
*All picks must be made before kickoff on the first game on Sunday. You may not pick a team that has already played in a game that week when you make your pick, and you may not pick a team with a bye week.
*If you fail to make your pick, you will be randomly assigned a team that no other participant has picked. Missing two weeks in a row will result in being dropped from the contest.
*If the team you picked wins (or ties), you remain in the contest. If they lose, you're out.
*The last remaining person wins. If, at the end of the season, multiple people remain, the prize will be doubled, then split.
*If during a week, all remaining participants are eliminated, the round is voided and nobody is eliminated. The chosen team still can't be used again.
*Once the contest is over, it may be restarted if there's still a lot of season to go. However, this year, there is a special Perfect Bonus. The winner of the first contest may continue to make picks until they miss. If they go 17 weeks without a single wrong pick, the prize will be quadrupled.

The base prize is a $5 Gift Card to Amazon.com. Also, all winners are eligible for double prizes in the Playoff Pick-Em

To enter, simply post here with your Week 1 pick. Find a copy of the schedule here. The first game is September 8th, however you have until the 11th.

2 - If JAX wins and Washington loses, you will be mocked mercilessly.
