Last night's episode was the first of the new ones I've seen, happened to catch it at a friends' house. It was hilarious, very classic Beavis and Butthead and I like how the animation looks pretty much exactly the same. The title cards that kept popping up with how much time had passed and still Butthead was giving Beavis shit about it had me rolling. "Uhhh, yeah I have a question. What do we do if Beavis starts crying?"

Last night's episode was the first one, BZ.

It was as awesome as I remember the classics.

It was good, but not great. The biggest mistake Mike Judge made was not airing the Holy Cornholio episode, which had the greatest potential. Instead we get a decent episode mocking the Twilight series and a rather mean spirited episode about onion tears that didn't really go anywhere.

Yes, I'm happy that unlike so many reboots Mike Judge kept everything exactly as it was, but unlike everyone else whose standards have been lowered so much that Judge gets 5 stars simply for getting the bells and whistles right, I was expecting him to do that in the first place. It's like Chris Rock said "'I take care of my kids,' YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO MUTHAFUCKA!"

Also it would have been nice to see the boys ripping on Eminem, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga or some other piece of shit artist from the past 15 years or so. Hell I was a little surprised there was no metal video for them to headbang/sing the riff too, since that was one of their trademarks. It was cool to hear them kick the shit out of LMFAO, though. God I hate those fuckers.

Like I said, it was good, but it could have been way better. I have faith that the season will improve though.

I was chill brah, I was just being critical of things I thought were mistakes. I said it was good at the very beginning.

I thought it was fucking great. I was apprehensive that it would ruin the good memories I have of the show, but it lived up to my expectations. I laughed out loud a few times, and it made me really miss the original series. I love that they still use some of the same canned animations.

This isn't the 90's, and hopefully all the whiny liberal moms who said Beavis taught their kid to light their cat on fire are dead.

You mean crazy conservative moms. Liberals don't give a fuck.

Liberals hated Beavis & Butt-Head because they weren't PC, which stands for politically correct, for you tykes too young to remember. In the 90s, everything had to be PC. Demolition Man was a biting satire of this.

The hell? I remember religious freaks railing against the show because a common conservative argument is whatever kids watch, they'll emulate.

I guess everyone hated it.

Saw it and really loved it. Judge did a good job keeping it classic and I am sure it will just keep getting better and better.

Saw the new episode and enjoyed it. My favorite part was during Tech Support, when Beavis was asked "How do you spell Hamid?" His response was hilarious.
