I don't know if it's the firefighter in me but I've been watching a few episodes from season four of Rescue Me and I'm already addicted. I'm seriously contemplating buying seasons 1-6.
What do you guys think about this show? Does anybody else watch it?

I watched it when it first came out. I didn't enjoy it. Something about the interaction between the actors felt forced.

My brother is a firefighter, and it's like porn to him.
I've watched it a handful of times...not terrible, but I don't much go in for shows in that genre.

I watched the first few seasons and it was fantastic. I got really bored with the show though, rehashing the same story lines and jokes over and over and over.

I was surprised that it has ran for as long as it has but it seems that the first three seasons are the best.

I watched Season 1-3 on deployment one year and fucking loved it.
Honestly not sure why I never picked up Season 4, but I really did enjoy what I watched.

The first 3 seasons are some of the best television I've ever seen. Just amazing. And then it turned to shit just incredibly fast. Season 4 was alright, 5 had its moment, but 6 and 7 were abysmal.
