I had an action figure as a kid. He was the size of your basic 6 inch action figure. I believe it was made between 1993-1996. It was a guy who has a skull face, but it was supposed to be a silver metal. He had a plastic black body suit and well as a giant black claw that detached from his body. I seem to remember this might've been from a pretty popular toy line.

Anyone have an idea?

Destro on the far left is the only person I can think of that matches that. But doesn't have the black removable claw.

Yeah, that's not it.

The claw almost looked like a bird wing. Also the bodysuit was black and difficult to remove once he had it on. I was amazed when I removed it the first time, not knowing that it was supposed to come off.

Normally I'm pretty good at this kind of thing but I honestly have no idea what this could have been...

I was thinking it might be something from Max Steel, but that came out later than the period you're mentioning.

If I had a picture of it, I would post it, but I got rid of my figure over 10 years ago. I'm pretty sure he had red eyes, and I'm almost positive he's the main bad guy. I just wish their was an archive of random action figures from the 90's, since there were so many of them. It might've been a popular franchise that they made figures of, but it wasn't something like GI Joe or TMNT.

Do remember any details like was there a cartoon series based off the toy line or any other small details about the toy? It may be worthwhile to search through the retrojunk website.

Was it the main evil crash test dummy?

No...I'm not sure if it was a cartoon. But I'm pretty sure it was the main villain. I checked through there and couldn't find anything, also since I don't remember the exact details, it might make it draw a picture or something. I'll try to do something in MSPaint possibly.

Part of me wants to say Thunder Stick from Bravestarr, but I don't get the claw thing. He had more of a blade.

He's a bit similar, but the guy I'm thinking of is a lot more sinister looking with Lord Zedd sort of eyes. I think the bodysuit that fit over him sort of looked like a Borg. Also, this was definitely from the mid 90's.

I still have that toy from when I was a kid, it was the shit. I'll see if I can find it and post a picture.

I have the VHS of the half hour shitty CGI pilot episode for the Crash Test Dummies show that came with it, too. I should upload it to Youtubes.

Look into the silverhawks toy line, sounds like it may be something out of there.

Seems like something along the lines of Ghost Rider or Spawn. Definately had a dark element to him. Unfortunately, I looked through both lines and couldn't find him.

Maybe it was some cheap knockoff from a Mexican Bazaar like I Mockery visits every now and then... if so good luck identifying it.

I'm pretty sure it was a main brand. Something that might've been popular during the 90's, but isn't now. I thought it could've been Masked Rider, but it wasn't.
