On some of the pages there is a log in option on the bottom, so you don't have to click log in, you can just log in from that main page. Is it possible to extend this option to the bottom of all the pages?
For quick reply can we get quote button, and maybe a few emoticons, mostly the quote button though. I'm not sure how much ore loading time this will add to a page or what not. If a lot fine.
I do like the built in spell checker, I believe that's new. If I think of anything else i'll post it here.

1. This would be far more trouble than it's worth. If you're not logged in and are viewing a page, just either click reply or type your quick reply and try to submit. It should take you to a log in page.
2. No. If you want to start quoting things and using emoticons (without typing them), it's no longer a quick reply; suck it up.
3. Does it really have this function? I use Firefox which has a built in spellchecker, so I wouldn't have noticed. Doesn't sound like something that would be an option with the message board software.

Maybe, it is firefox doing it. I always figured it was the forum.
As long as it doesn't effect the load time, and there's space i find np with a quote button on quick reply, and maybe even a couple of key emoticons.
I suppose, I just like being able to log in without having to load a new page. And it's not like i'm on dial up.. pages load at a decent pace, just nice. If i can think of any other small suggestions i'll post it.

I could see it being nice, but it would be a theme modification, and I can 95% guarantee that Syd isn't about to mod a PHPBB2 board. Perhaps this is something to consider for a future version of the board...

Another suggestion. If you're writing a lot, like some people do... and the post gives you a scroll bar, it keeps popping back up tot the top, the view, and not where you're typing. It'll flicker back and forth. Or if you have a really long post and you want to edit it, it's really annoying. I end up copying them into Notepad making the edits then copying it back.
Lastly, in the IRC I'm not sure if it's just Web-Client but if you scroll up in webclient it shoots you back down to the bottom when something changes kinda annoying.

For the web-client, which is second on the priority list for this problem, I just don't really use it much.. Just have it if the scroll bar is all the way down touching the bottom it does what it currently does. But if the scroll bar is lifted from that position, then you will not scroll down with the new text being said.
Now that i think about it, whatever feature or code in the webclient that it allows it to keep scrolling down with the most recent text would be an improvement for the chat boxes used to post on the forums.

Everyone knows the webclient sucks, there's not much we can do about it.

I don't believe I've ever trolled the IRC or the forums. I understand your concern, but please try to stay on topic. Thanks.

Since this is sure to get locked soon anyway, I may as well veer off-topic as well.
Thanks a lot for getting my Final Battle thread locked, Jon. I was going to put my wrap up speech in there to cap it off.

Look up the definition of troll before you say you aren't trolling the IRC.
