You could make a comparison between the GB, GBC, GBA, DS but that's pretty self-explanatory....

I bought the game brand new in box for $5 at a Circuit City on clearance. Damn, those prices are silly.
If I can find it, I may just have to send you my copy, since I can play with other means. Not, too mention that I also have Reloaded for the X-Box.

True. I was really only thinking of combining the two because I couldn't think of a top 100 for either (game boy color included), but combining both would easily warrant a top 100 list.

Yeah, because something that was worth $5 at a now-defunct retailer, when the game had just ended its production run, when the console was in its dying days, should still be worth $5 today, right?

The fact is this: as quantity decreases, value increases. Copies of Conker have broken or been thrown out. Retailers destroyed excess inventory or sold it on the cheap. And much of that cheap inventory was bought up by secondary market retailers who are looking to set their own price. There may be a guy somewhere with 500 copies of Conker. But he's going to sell them one or two at a time in order to present the illusion of rarity.
Also, MIB games that are OOP and were half-decent tend to go for more than MSRP. That's just the way it is. The used prices on Conker 64 are a lot better. 30-50, which is equal to or less than original retail.

I understand that, but I wouldn't put Conker in the same collectable catergory and value of SNES Final Fantasy games, that's all.
I think $20 would be the max I would pay for it used.

I actually have the Conker's Bad Fur Day T-shirt, pill bottle (complete with Good 'n Plenty pills inside) and a gold copy of the cartridge. When it came out, I was a keyholder at Babbages and opened the morning we got the promo stuff for it. You'd better believe I took that swag and stuck it in my car right after the UPS guy dipped. Ah, Exton Mall, the memories.
BTW, has anyone ever actually eaten at a Salad Tossers? There was one in that mall, and my buddy worked there. Ragged on him every day about that.
