One thing I look forward to every Sunday morning are the ads and comics. What comics does everyone make sure to check out on the Sunday morn?

My reading list:
Brewster Rockit: Space Guy!
Dibert
Monty
Lucky Cow
Zits
Opus
Big Nate
Garfield
Family Circus
Pickles
Boondocks (should it ever come back)

"Do you hear? The alpha and the omega. Death and rebirth. And as you die, so will I be reborn!" - Skeletor

I read Dilbert and Foxtrot online. Though Foxtrot has become PA for the Family lately, it's kinda redundant.

There never was an image here, what the fuck are you talking about?

Family Circus is the most asinine piece of crap in the paper nowadays. Sure, the dotted-trail installments are mildly fun, but in general it's never that funny.

Sherman's Lagoon and Shoe are pretty funny. Garfield is good too.

It's right under Garfield, I'm required to read it every week. Today's was especially stupid though. It was just a picture of all the kids as animals in a zoo. Strangely creepy. Shocked

I enjoyed reading "For Better Or For Worse" because someone has to die sooner or later. You know, besides the dog. It kinda sucks now though. Their last kid is in high school, which is far less entertaining than when she was three and she'd wreck shit.

"Non Sequitur" is pretty good, although I hate how the Sunday comic is always part of some on-going storyline now instead of a one-off thing.

"Get Fuzzy" is pretty awesome.

I read all the comics in my Sunday paper which include Dilbert, Opus, Dumbsbury, Zits, Rose Is Rose, Adam, Arlo & Janis, Family Circus, Ask Shagg, Monty, Rhymes With Orange, and probably some other ones I forgot. Those bastards at the Globe took Garfield and Spider-Man out of the Sunday comics.

I find it inappropriate that a comic called Non-Sequitur would even HAVE on-going storylines.

As for Family Circus, I hate it as much as I hate Garfield, but I'm told it's not meant to be funny; it's supposed to be heart warming. (There was a great one a couple years ago though where one of the kids was being asked what noises animals make, and when asked what noise a duck made he said "Aflac!")

I miss Calvin and Hobbes. Opus is awesome and I read it when I can, but I don't get the paper. Dilbert is mildly amusing but is somewhat run into the ground at this point. Garfield is awful and I read it just to see the trainwreck it has become.

Garfield is only good without Garfield talking.

For anyone who loves Calvin and Hobbes as much as I do, a hardcover volume of the COMPLETE Calvin and Hobbes is coming soon. Prolly $150 or something retail though.

At the start of 2007, FoxTrot moved from being a daily strip to a Sunday strip. Crying

Aaron McGruder took a hiatus from it because he's a lazy bastard.

Jeebus, I've seen that book for sale. $100. I'd get it, but I already have every other Calvin and Hobbes book.

The show isn't cancelled. It's coming back with 20 new episodes starting in June 2007. Since it's traditionally animated, it takes longer to produce episodes of The Boondocks than it does to produce episodes of Retards With Crayons... I mean, Tom Goes To The Mayor.
