I'm currently reading this for school, about half way through, and I must say, it's really good. It's about a boy who is failing civics class so he must do some volunteer work to pass. He volunteers at a homeless shelter called the club where he meets a street person named Sarge. He begins to see life through the eyes of a homeless person.

If you see it at a store or something, I really think you should check it out, I've been hooked on it.
