All- I signed on to the league as of last night. I'm free to draft at any point other than Tuesday morning.

Thou, because I am wroth, be not dismayed, for I shall win the strife, whoever circle round within for the defence. This their insolence is not new, for of old they used it at a less secret gate, which still is found without a bolt. Above it thou didst see the dead inscription; and already on this side of it
descends the steep, passing without escort through the circles,
One such that by him the city shall be opened to us.

I'm good any night after 6:15 PM, unless it's on Tuesday than, I won't be free until after 9:00 PM

Why the fuck did the pats trade Seymour??? I am stunned. I understand that he is probably due for a big contract soon but the man is a beast on the D-Line and a main reason the Pats Defense is usually pretty solid. I am really pissed off.

Couldn't agree more Rydog. I haven't talked to one other Patriots fan that has been happy with it either. But, on the bright side, it does have the potential to be good with a first round pick from the Raiders.

Yeah I get the grab a first round pick while you can deal. And it isn't a bad deal, just not one I wanted to see (fav. player)...now I need a new jersey and those fuckers cost like $100 bucks for the fake ones.
Username, your run defense just got a BIG boost.

Draft is scheduled for Wednesday at 8 p.m. Nothing like squeezing it in at the last second. If you can't make it just pre-rank your players in your preferred order and if they are available you will get them.

Got it. If all goes well I should be able to make it; if not I'll set up an autodraft.

Thankfully you got Gostkowski in the 1st round! LMAO!!!!! Can't believe you did that. The draft would have been completely different. The lesson learned today is never trust a man when he tells you anything about something completely new to you. For shame on you Rydog. FOR SHAME.

Hey. Least we aren't playing for money...

And God dammit it SEEMED logical enough... I had all these great plans to look up stratagy before the draft too; like I said, I kept it in my head that it was at 8pm PST which I could have made. Ah well. Joke's on me on this one. Laughing

Out of curiosity, you know who I would have been up for? Dare I ask what was said and how hard everyone laughed when that went down? Embarrassed

NOOOO!!!! I can't believe I forgot about the draft. I left about two hours before the draft for a union meeting, and I remembered when I left that there was a draft, but somewhere during the course of the next couple hours it completely slipped my mind! Oh well, my team isn't to shabby actually, although I am going to be trying to make some trades to get rid of players I hate, such as Rivers. Good luck to everyone.

If he gets you more points than Steven Jackson then it was a good pickup. Only time will tell. From what I saw I got a pretty good draft. I had Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, K. Smith and B. Westbrook. I'll have to see how the rest of my team faired when I get home. So far so good!

Laughing Well, Gastowski is the kicker on my hometown team, so the offer is enticing, but I think I'll hold off on any pick K trades just now. Don't wanna shake up the league to much on the first night.

^ Nah, its okay. as is evident, time for me to go read up a bit more about Fantasy Football before doing anything else obviously retarded. Rolling Eyes

Still, since he's you're hometown boy, the offer'll stand if we can hash something out.

I can't remember anyone ever trading for a kicker in all my years of Fantasy Football. Haha this could be a first.

I actually laughed first at the kicker pick....then I realized you probably picked him because of my joke and felt bad Sad ....it was wicked funny up until I realized that though. I'll give you a good deal on a trade if your thin at a certain position to make up for it.

Well I missed the draft by no surprise. What sucks is that I kept trying to log in for a couple weeks and I thought I forgot my username or PW because it wouldn't let me log in. Today after hearing about the draft I figured I'd try again, and of course I click the link from the original email and my name and PW are saved. Thats not all all though. I got fucking Matt Ryan!! Being from Mass. i'm a huge Boston College fan but I never wanted him, then to make things worse I got Michael Turner who's the RB for the Falcons (Ryans team). I'm not a pro at fantasy football or anything but i'm pretty sure having a rb and qb from the same team isn't to great. Well, eh, atleast I finally got signed in. Tonights the night!!! I hope Pittsburgh gets their asses kicked.

p.s. Hawk so where did u pre rank Gostkowski? Ahead of Vinatieri? Was Goskowski the number 1 fantasy kicker?

Hey, this may be blasphamy to some, but its just Fantasy Football. I'm not prepared to take this nearly serious enough to get bent out of shape over something like that. Besides, I *am* the one who didn't have time to read up on strategy or anything beforehand, so its not your fault. I'm just a n00b at Fantasy drafting. Very Happy

I'd be willing to make a trade for Turner. As far as your need for QB's I got Eli Manning, Warner and Schaub.
