It would be in there just as a WTF card.

It basically reads:

GG, Tap: Destroy target Changeling, unless you can give it shroud, protection from green, or change its creature type in response.

That's the only way it would ever be used. More likely, it would just be pitched to Bloom.

Apparently there are several cards missing from my original pool:

Fireball
Incinerate
Dissipate
Crimson Hellkite
Cursed Scroll

None of them really alter the playing field though. Without BoP and Elves, Ernham and Burn 'Em is out.
