I saw the Royal Wedding episode last night, and I didn't care for it. The Human CentiPad episode was also meh. The Funnybot episode, I liked. I may have missed some in between, but hey, it's a little bit of a bumpy start, but as a fan, I have my hopes high.

Insert dumb quote here. Go ahead, I know you're gonna do it. |

Yes it was! Without question the best one this season I think. I loved the twist of having Kyle get into the Cartmanesque moral justifications. (Showing up at Stan's house in the middle of the night was classic.)

I'm still laughing at that.
Excellent episode. I think the comparison was pretty spot-on.

Eh, honestly, while it was good, I don't see why it was better than the ones earlier on that people said sucked. Didn't see the twist coming, though.

I think the earlier ones forced the gross/over the top factor while this one just felt like classic South Park.

That was a really good episode! I'm normally not big on Butters episodes, but that was one of the best I've seen in a while. They actually did what the Simpsons couldn't do with Skinner, and make the twist really good.

I agree, that ending was awful and more than a little depressing. They better damn well have an excellent second part lined up after that.

Spoilers about the ending:
[SPOILER:86e95fd23c]Did they just write Stan and his family out of the show? Seriously. What the fuck just happened? Apparently, it's Mid-Season Finale too. The. FUCK. They'll probably fix the situation like they always do, but still. I hate when they leave you on some cliff hanger shit like that.[/SPOILER:86e95fd23c]

[SPOILER:10b09825b8]People are (as usual) screaming about the END OF SOUTH PARK!!!11!, because of that fight that Stan's parents had. Personally, I think everything will be sent back to normal by the end of the season. Now that I think about it, that's probably what will happen, but we have to wait until October to see it.
If Stan really has been written out of the show, well, damn, that's one way to do it...
If it really is the last season though... well... let's just hope it goes out with a bang.

Dude...WHAT was that?
I didn't hate it or think it sucked, but wow. It seems like in a lot of ways the creators are telling us they're sick of doing South Park. Also I know several years ago, they really contemplated killing off Kyle, but now that he's evolved in a lot of ways, it seems like if they did decide to ax one of the boys, it would be Stan, with Butters taking his place.
That was just...kind of a depressing episode. Funny at times...but wow...that ending...wow.
