I know Jeebus and Valdronius play. I'm not sure on Zarak anymore. And Char said he wants to get in on this.

Seriously, I do. What sucks is that I'm not going to be able to get over to my friend Dustin's house (he's a big MtG player) for him to teach me to play, since I'll be out of town for 3 weeks.

I don't understand abbreviations, I don't ahve any cards, and I KNOW any decks I used to use would be outdated by today's standards. I haven't played seriously in almost five years.

B = Black mana, U = Blue mana,, R = Red, G = Green, W = White
T = Tap
"UUD" = Shorthand for Untap, Upkeep, Draw.
Anyway I ditched Apprentice a long time ago, I've got no idea what;s gone on with the game post-Lorwyn.

When I was younger this game always interested me, I never played it though. I'd be interested, but I don't know if you want me to play, I have no fucking clue how it works and i don't know what I would need to buy/install to play

It depends on how we are playing. If we are using actual cards, then you would need to buy those, if we are allowed to use programs, I recommended Magic Workstation

Wow, the last time I bought a Magic deck was when the Ice Age expansion was just released. It had to be well over 10 years ago. I didn't know it was still around. I liked to play back in the day, but didn't know many others who were into it at the time. I tried getting some friends to play, but they'd lose interest after about 5 minutes. It got frustrating not having any serious competition so I just said fuck it and sold all my cards to some kid one day.

This is when I got into the game. I've been playing on and off since then. I got into other card games(I know how to play about 23-26 different ones) and occasionally go back to it since I started there.
Apprentice does suck. I might give that Workstation a spin. When I get around to it.
