It doesn't help me in ALL table top games though.

d20 isn't particularly useful in ping pong or pool.

Oh, or the table version of the Pac-Man cabinet.

d20's used to make great projectiles when you were pissed off at the DM or another player. I can only imagine the velocity you'd get hitting one with a ping pong paddle.
