From time to time I'll visit this site and it won't show any new posts, even when I go to popular forums and see posts that weren't there last time I checked. I am set to log it automatically when I enter the site. Does this happen to anyone else? How can it be fixed?

It's the auto login. I used to have that problem. Sometimes the cookie gets a little fucked up.

I just had that problem two minutes ago, it was kind of weird. I was like:
"That wasn't here before"
and my brain is like:
"No shit sherlock."
Links, pics, vids . . . I shall post these when given the chance

Sometimes I'll post in something, then leave, then comeback, it'll say theres new posts in the topic but I'll still have the last post.

Same thing happens to me. Tht's why I'm reluctant to check the forums after disappearing for long times 'cause I have to check every post in one sitting and I don't have that time.
I've had a similar issue, but I seem to have solved it. Whenever I go to www.sydlexia.com/forums (or simply www.sydlexia.com and navigate to the forums) it's all good. But when I omit the "www", everything is marked as read. So I just stick with the "www" and it's fine. Weird problem, though.
