Ha, that fight was entertaining. I hope that story crap was there for humor, because what was there was laughably bad.
Bonus points to whoever can tell me the name of the song that played for two seconds when Ryu and Sakura started to fight.

I agree with Sock, the story was bad, but the fight was really entertaining. Also, did any one else get reminded of Ninja Gaiden for NES when Ryu and Scorpion jumped at each other in front of the full moon? I know that was the first thing I thought of.

Well that Flash was in comedy section, so I'd guess that the backstory was there just for fun.
ALSO:
The music of that Flash is in credits, but I don't know wich song it is ... there were like
5 different songs

Sounded like something from the Mega Man X series or the Guilty Gear Series (thinking May's theme). Can't really tell with that small of a sample, though...
