How many of you would have killed your parents for this?

I probably would have just broken the door off the Nintendo, it's not like you really needed it. Plus, the door was made of thin plastic... I bet you could probably have twisted it out of the lock without too much trouble.

Oh man... see, my dad would've known that my siblings and I could figure out a way into it. He used to take our games away and hide them someplace when we got low grades on our reportcards.
I'll still never forgive him for the time he hurled my GBcolor into a wall when I got a 79 in math back in the 7th grade. Thank god for sturdy Nintendo products though, because the blessed thing still worked fine (a few scratches though).
Hee hee, did anyone else ever get their gameboycolor/pocket taken away, but your parents didn't remember you still had your big fat classic grey gameboy tucked away for emergencies? Once again, I salute Nintendo for making long lasting and durable handhelds! Helped me through some dark times, that old thing.

I never knew such a thing existed. If I ever was party to my guardian figures doing that, I'd snap necks. Nintendo was one of the few things I had when I was a kid. Without it, I would have died, like babies who don't get touched for so long.

Holy shit - that thing is hilarious. I can imagine a kid seeing their parents with something like that and then the generation gap widening.

I still can't get over this thing. I totally would have bought one to keep my younger brother from messing around with my Nintendo.
That is, if I'd had a Nintendo.
Or a kid brother.

Sony is supposedly going to put parental controls on the PS3... I'm sure someone will find a way around it though, perhaps some sort of boot disc.

What the Nun?
Well the truth is I would have ripped open the NES just to get into the creamy center.
Still watch out Timmy.
