Wow, one month shy of a 2 year necrobump. Getting active in the forums again, utah?
Literally no one here cares about necro bumping, especially on a dead forum.
If this is a dead forum does that make us forum zombies?

Guess I am. I get bored at work, and sometimes run through the old posts. If that causes a "necrobump" then so be it.

The UK show was broadcast on Channel 4. It actually was a very popular show and was wrought with controversy all throughout it's showing.
I've found that a lot of shows do not translate well across the pond. Red Dwarf is one example. This is probably the case as well. I think I only saw one episode of UK Skins anyway and it's a very sort of soap drama sort of show.
I can't really relate to the USA version because the show is very about being a teen/young adult in the UK and the sort of things that they do. I can say that the UK version anyway was pretty true to the culture.

I saw the UK version a time or two on BBC and yeah, it was literally a soap opera with teenagers. I'd like to hope UK teenagers aren't that fucking boring and whiny.
